Saw an u9 girls coach incorporating handstands in the warm up. Was fascinated so asked was he trying to develop balance/coordination.
No he said "I was fed up telling them to STOP doing them so I just added them into training". That's coaching!

These two lads left Dublins coast yesterday morning walking to the Cliffs of Moher 300k in aid of my son Lucas and his school Abacas. An unreal selfless act from two fantastic humans. They are currently on the canal on the way to Tullamore. For stop 2 tonight. Unreal lads👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
