How to assemble the windmill badge kit:
There are 16 1206 LEDs they are colour coded but it doesn’t matter too much as long as you do not add more than 1 white and 1 blue to each blade (because of the forward voltage of these LEDs).

Unfortunately the PCB manufacturer seems to have not put enough solder on some of the pads for the shift register and/or 555 timer :( . So if you get a kit and it doesn’t work you can try reheating those pads. This seems to fix all badges we have tried so far that have an issue.
