Before my shop was temporarily suspended, I was able to log into my Etsy account normally, but why is my account now blocked? I've tried everything and still can't log in to my Etsy account, and I haven't received any email notification from Etsy about my account status.

@Etsy, what exactly is a seller supposed to do when support goes silent for over 6 weeks?

@Etsy Haizz bạn trả lời 1 câu khá huề vốn, tài khoản của tôi đã bị chặn đăng nhập thì làm sao tôi có thể yêu cầu hỗ trợ từ Etsy Support được nữa chứ. Các bạn làm ăn quá tệ, không có nổi 1 mail gửi để thông báo hay hướng dẫn cho người bán hàng

@Etsy It's been over six weeks and Etsy hasn't addressed my support request, nor have they sent me a single email notification. To make matters worse, they blocked my Etsy account today. I want to know the reason and your proposed solution.

My concern is simply that I’ve been waiting nearly one month without meaningful clarification regarding my submitted verification documents.

I sincerely hope my case can receive a genuine manual review.

My Etsy account remains suspended despite submitting valid ID and bank documents. I also filed BBB complaint #24874097 but received no meaningful clarification.

I respectfully request a genuine manual review.
