Bonus: No More Shouting! 🤧
Lastly, I don’t know if I’m the only one who hates shouting “Masawo!”, “Ku kikilila!”, or “Conductor nvamu!” 😭
These buses have saved us from all that drama.
You simply press a button to request a stop — just like in a real bus. No more shouting, guys!
Bonus Feature 😂
In case the seats are full, there’s a great alternative — you can stand comfortably.
There are plenty of handles overhead for you to hold on to. And for those who prefer standing (for reasons best known to themselves), that’s perfectly fine too.😂
Comfortable Seats
If you’ve ever used a regular taxi (matatu), you’ll really feel the difference. As a daily taxi user, you might even think you’re in a plane!
Each seat is designed for one person only, so the usual “mwesikemu” (squeezing) is not allowed.
The seats are well spaced, giving you zero contact with the person next to you — unless you personally choose to sit closer.
Another great feature is the reserved special seats for people with special needs: pregnant women, persons with disabilities, children, and the elderly.
No Unnecessary Stops
This bus doesn’t make random stops. It only stops when a passenger is getting off or at designated stops to pick up new passengers.
Even if you raise your hand to flag it down, it won’t stop — this is a scheduled service.
The “ogenda” era has officially come to an end! 👍
Air Conditioner.
Its so hot now days so it was so easy for me to realize that the ACs actually work because all windows of that bus are always closed but you'd feel the cool and chill atmosphere yet it was shining as he'll. As soon as I went off the bus damn, the heat hugged me.
