Yesterday attended an incredible multi agency HAZMAT incident organised by an MST team at Huntingdon station.Invited as part of the Clinical Advice Line champions collaboration,I was able to witness the hard work this team put into developing & preparing staff for such an event.
Our profession has grown, but the indelible impact on patients remains forever constant. Very proud to work amongst colleagues and peers and to call myself a paramedic. My special thanks to all those who choose to teach for the next generation. Happy #IPD2024 🚑 👩🎓 👨🎓

For today only, Ed Green, ECAT Coordinator is working from Ipswich station. Bring EOC to ops staff. Any queries and questions you may have about ECAT, Clinical Advice or EOC then come say hey.
The ambulance service is taking a huge amount of calls this afternoon. There are significant delays. Our team of paramedics and nurses are working hard to triage over the phone and directing patients to more appropriate services. Only call 999 in an emergency.
Incredible weather out there. However its obvious with the calls coming into our control centre and patients presenting in A&E that there are vulnerable patients struggling to cope with the heat. Stay hydrated. Look after yourselves and others.
Day 2 of bringing ECAT to the Hertfordshire crews. Working from Watford General on this beautiful day. Come by the HALO office if you have any questions.
More amazing opportunities to join our expanding team! We are looking for:
Nurses (Adult and Paeds)
Mental Health Nurses
Paramedics.
We are also looking for experienced clinicians for our clinical coordinator role to support clinical navigation and management of patients.
Want to work with a caring and compassionate team? We are looking for paramedics, nurses and mental health clinicians to join our team! We are offering:
Flexible working
Paid CPD & Development
Recruitment incentive for external staff!
