@MikeJonesScout@nbadraftpoint Iโm not going to give names of people who spoke to me in confidentiality however I reported on 2 separate situations I personally witnessed here: https://t.co/iccgTnOQg1
The likelihood that both Podz & GSW exercise the mutual option seems low to me in 2031-32. More likely to either regress as a player or outplay that contract option year. The mutual option mitigates the risk a bit for the GSW
Some of these huge Warriors Fan accounts complain about the failed picks but were pushing for Wiseman at #2. Positing videos of Wiseman dribbling full court and then have the audacity of complaining about the FO making that pick in retrospect. Do your research. Itโs laughable
@DannyEmerman Iโm surprised you have Gui Santos as the 3rd most in projected minutes played per game given heโs poor at 2 things that Kerr hates. High turnover rate & high foul rate for a Forward (TOV 16.6% and 4.9 fouls per 100 possessions). Do you project him taking a leap in those areas?
@tokertim@jrichardgoodman never said he would start. But Iโm willing to wager he will not get DNPCD in the playoffs by the Timberwolves this season. Which makes it a more ideal situation than GSW.
@tokertim@jrichardgoodman He gets PT. Quinn played him every playoff game while averaging 26 minutes per. Kerr didnโt even play him every playoff game in 24-25 season (DNPCD for 4 of 9). No player likes being yo-yoed. JK didnโt get the pay day but heโs gotten & will get the minutes GSW would never promise
GSW fans we need to build around Stephโฆ Reality he didnโt finish the playoffs 2 seasons ago & played 43 games last year. Why spend for expensive parts (1st roundraft picks) when the engine still is high performing but has a history of breaking down before the finish line.
Each time an NBA owner says they have to keep optionality to stay under the 2nd apron just remember that itโs the owners that demanded the 2nd apron be in the CBA. Itโs their ready made excuse to not spend money. GMs go ahead and say it, owners or relatives of owner please donโt
@DS3000_INC@leozadass@samesfandiari@warriorsworld@hmmmmkay I pushback that MPJ wants to live in the Bay Area. As a free agent post this season GSW would have to overpay to resign him. Heโs eligible to sign a 4 year $238M contract. I would imagine GSW would have to pay more than anyone else to stay and it would be close to that number.
