If this is real, it shows that public sector employers cannot implement the so-called supreme ruling.

A gender recognition certificate undoubtedly binds the Crown. That means no facilities in government buildings used by civil servants can ever be designated as “single-sex”.

@EHRC 5/ The EHRC’s action is an interference with our Convention rights. That interference is not in the Equality Act. It fails to meet not only substantive human rights standards but also procedural ones.

The status of the document does not matter in a human rights claim.
