My Downloader app has again been wrongly removed from the @GooglePlay Store due to an absurd DMCA takedown. This time Warner Bros. Discovery @WBD in India thinks the web browser in my app somehow infringes on its copyright. Please help bring attention to how unfair this is!

It’s telling that even a credible news outlet mistakenly thinks the Fire TV Soundbar has a built-in Fire TV streaming media player inside. This soundbar really is a big miss for Amazon.

@jefbal99 I’d say it’s extremely unlikely. Since the Fire TV Recast went so long without ever being updated with a new model, I don’t think Amazon considered it a successful product. If you want ATSC 3.0, I would like elsewhere and not wait for Amazon.

Google responded to my DMCA appeal and isn't helping. Now I have to wait 10 business days to see if this is going to court. Does anyone know a good DMCA attorney they recommend?

Google responded to my DMCA counter & is giving the TV firms 10 biz days to file a court order to restrain or a claim w/ the US Copyright Office. I hoped @Google would see how baseless the claim was & reinstate my app, but it's taking a backseat. Anyone know a good DMCA attorney?

A big thanks to @louispavlakos from @AndroidPolice for pointing out in his article how unjust the removal of my Downloader app from the @GooglePlay Store is. Sadly, he points out I'm not the first to suffer this abuse but maybe @Google can correct things so that I'm the last.
