you don't get to say you support EVAN but give zero fucks about BELIFT:

• risking his life and physical integrity by not giving him enough bodyguards for 6 years

• not doing enough to prevent or stop sasaengs from invading his dorm, buying his number, calling him, sending him messages and explicit AI pics/gore of him for months (even after he blocks them or changes numbers), and mobbing him since pre-debut

• handling his departure from ENHYPEN in a abrupt, rushed, ambiguous way that lacked transparency and left fans feeling abandoned, leading to him becoming the scapegoat of thousands of ENGENEs & kpop stans – which endangers his image, career & mental health

• doing nothing to demystify or discourage the fake rumours, slander, hate, harassment & threats against him, which repeatedly gain from 1k to 70k likes since march

• overworking him since debut with allegedly not enough time to rest without cameras, 4h of sleep during certain promotions & no vacations

• letting him waste months shooting several ENHYPEN contents, brand deals & merch just to cancel or erase him, and preparing for what was probably EN's tour

• not giving him a farewell concert, stage or even video after 6 years of work & no scandals, which could've brought closure & prevented hate

• sharing an article on @BELIFTLAB that says his "absence isn't felt" amidst all hate

• recently adding captions to ENHYPEN content that downplay his importance to members

• deleting the part of his live where he said he loves ENGENE for the 1st time after months

• announcing his departure at the middle of comeback promotions but still having him work alone on them until may 24

• not mentioning him when congratulating TSV's AOTY daesang, an album he worked on, performed for weeks, produced for & promoted to completion

• announcing he wouldn't go to autralia last minute after previously saying he would, and after he said many times he wished to visit, fish & perform on jake's country with EN – which made fans spread he "abandoned his fans/members"

• not providing him a translator in japan for his 1st presencial fan event alone ever since he left

• still not announcing his debut date with only 33 days left before goes to the Busan One Asia Festival, which might make for a rushed debut/not enough promotion

• not properly crediting his adlibs/director work on some songs, fans only discovering/confirming his participation later

• not releasing a mixtape he's been saying was almost ready since 2024

• allegedly overworking & sidelining him during TSV, which lead to widespread rumours about him hating his group because he lacked energy

• posting only 4 times about EVAN on @BELIFTLAB, one of those a WEVERSE DMs ad

• not promoting his confirmed performances & brand deals on @BELIFTLAB (only 2 times with great delay)

• deleting all pics with him on EN's spotify bio when many idols' aren't, even those who sue their companies/criminals

• including him to WEVERSE DMs amidst the rise of sasaeng behaviour & haters, creating a cheap, easy way for them to access him

• possibly prohibiting him of mentioning ENGENE

• possibly prohibiting him of mentioning ENHYPEN & the members he's lived, worked & been friends with from 6 to 10 yrs, since he hasn't done so after march 10

• possibly prohibiting ENHYPEN of mentioning him, not even to personally say farewell or congratulate/show support, even if it was stated they wished to support each other; which could prevent/stop hate

• allegedly giving him no hairstylist, a well-lit venue or bottles of watter for his last ENHYPEN event

regardless if you believe heeseung wanted to leave or not, and even if we disregard the alleged mistreatments, what's left is still worrying & unacceptable.

if you don't financially boycott or at least call out BELIFT & HYBE, you're just someone who finds heeseung entertaining & posts about him at best, or who couldn't care less about him as an artist & human at worst; not a fan.

avukat arkadaşım rapor yazmıştı yaklaşık 200 sayfalık durum ve talep raporu, sadece son düzenlemeleri ben yaptım,BEKLEMIYORDUM ama şirket iki gün sonra KABUL ETMİS bizim dosyaları hem de direkt mali yönetime yönlendirilecekmiş✌🏻şirketteki eksiklerden,işte özellikle yılın ilk çeyreğindeki zararlarından,bütün hybe gruplarının yönetim yanlışlarından ve ihmallerinden az çok bahsettik, ENHYPEN'ın daha iyi tanıtım,hak vb. almasını özellikle talep ettik ana konumuz zaten oydu,Heeseung'un durumu ile ilgili apayrı 50-60 küsur sayfa var o kısmı bizzat kendim yazdım şirketin ENHYPEN'da denediği marketing taktikleri ile ilgili. Güvenlik açıkları,sanatçılarının korunmaya alınmaması vb gibi baya bir konuya değindik tabii ki hepsi legal ve onaylanmış olan bilgilere dayanarak.Şirkette kayıtlı olan davalardan,gelişmelerden toplayabildiğim tüm bilgileri toplamıştım zaten

Nasıl oldu kısmına gelirsek,hatırlarsınız belki birkaç gün önce asistana atmıştım hazırladığım pdfleri basması ve göndermesi için,bugün sabah gönderip imzayı da official olarak almış ve dosyalar ilk incelemeden sonra tehdit oluşturmadığına karar verilerek şirkete girmiş asıl değerlendirme için,önce hybe'dan geri dönüş geldi (öyle mailleri taslaktan atıyorlardır direkt ama yine kişisel bilgi olduğu için topluluktan paylaşamam muhtemelen,o yüzden eklemedim risk almayalım diye) hemen sonra anlaştığımız çocuk da mail attı zaten imzayı aldım diye.Bu arada normalde böyle rastgele kişilerden falan şirkete adam/dosya girişine izin verilmiyormuş diye biliyorum şirketin şuanki durumundan dolayı,ama başta da dediğim gibi bunun hedefi farklıydı zaten,fan letter değil resmi dosya ve talep raporu olarak ulaştı bizimki şirkete,önceden de konuştuğumuz için alınmama ihtimali yok kadar azdı. Tuttuğum asistan çocuk da şansıma deneyimli çıktı hybe'a daha önce de gitmiş birçok kez,o işi kolaylaştırdı baya.Şirkete ulaşmadan birkaç gün önceden dosyanın haberini vermiş, direkt sekreterle telefon görüşmesi ayarlayıp onay almıştık şirkete fiziksel olarak girdiğinde bilinmeyen gönderi olarak görülüp reddedilme ihtimali olmasın diye,öyle görüşmelerden sonra kargoları reddedemezler çünkü görevli departmandan şirkete alınması için zaten bir iznimiz olmuş oluyor. Kısacası bizim asistan sadece kişisel değil onaylı bir talep için görevlendirilen bir arabulucu gibi girmiş şirkete,elinden gelenin fazlasını bile yaptı imza almak için bir daha işim düşerse hep onunla konuşacağım yani (umarım düşmez ama🧍🏻‍♀️) projemiz onaylı bir iş olarak görüldüğü için kısa bir incelemeden sonra kabul aldı yani.Düşündüğüm gibi hazırlama/ulaştırma kısmı uğraştırıcı oldu ama kabul edilmesi için iyi zamana denk getirmişim gerçekten süreç düşündüğüm kadar uzamadı

Büyük engeli atlattık, bundan sonrasında büyük ihtimalle o mektup dosyası da şirkete o raporla birlikte girmiş olduğu için menajer ve stafflardan direkt üyelere ulaştırılacak,hatta biraz şanslı günümüzdeysek ve içerik yeteri kadar güçlü bulunursa o rapor ayrı olarak gerçekten işleme geçirilip direkt daha üst düzey hukuk departmanına iletilebilir ve dosyadaki değişiklikler şirkete talep edilebilir,imkansız değil yani

Bunun için 140 dolarımı ve yaklaşık bir haftamı feda ettim ama değdi sanırım.Bu biz dediğim o avukat arkadaşım ve ben bu arada, ikimiz sorumluyduk bu dosyalardan. özellikle kendisine ve az çok desteği bulunmuş olan herkese çok teşekkür ederim ben başta pek umutlu değildim dürüst olayım :p

yaptığım gerçekten kapsamlı olan ilk projeydi bu, o yüzden düşündüğümden bile daha başarılı olup hybe gibi bir şirket tarafından ciddiye alınması beklenmedik şekilde iyiydi.Paylaşıp destek olmuş,özellikle mektubuyla katılım sağlamış olan herkese çok teşekkür ederim tekrardan,iyi iş çıkardık😭🫶🏼🩵
