Congratulations to junior Brooke Springsteen. Brooke was named to Newsdayโs list of the top 100 softball players for the 2026 season. Newsday said, โThe East Stroudsburg commit hit .603 with 40 runs scored and was the League V Defensive Player of the Year.โ
Ceramic artists Shea Dobrie and Jaylin Pentzel dove into their imagination when creating these underwater-themed animals, shaping clay into flowing, organic forms that mimic the movement of ocean life.
During Career Day, held on March 13 at the Jr.-Sr. High School, students attended an assembly and career fair with local professionals from the community who shared their insights about their chosen careers and what it takes to be successful in their jobs.

Students Jaylin Pentzel, Oreoluwa Somosu, William Thomas and Pasha Wray were honored for outstanding academic achievement, dedication to learning and commitment to excellence by the Brookhaven Town Board and Black History Commission during the 35th annual Black History Night.
Alex and Logan Silbert traveled to Syracuse to represent Section XI at the NYSPHSAA State Championships this past weekend. Alex came in 5th place out of 54 bowlers and Logan placed 26th. Congratulations!
