3. Diversity & Inclusion are key - from the frontline to the most snr decision maker, all citizens should be represented. A focus on inclusion can drive positive outcomes across the board #accesstojustice#justenergy
2. Inclusive design principles are transformative in this space - ask people directly! Could be via a focus group or a citizens jury. You don't have to wait for that to start to get closer to people's experience - ask your frontline staff - they already know a great deal!
