This BMW i5 has 11kW AC as standard. Personally I'd option the 22kW AC to really take advantage!

My mother reckons it's the best-looking test car I've ever had!

Plugged the Maxus MIFA 9 in while grabbing an ice cream. It jumped straight to 40kW at 86% and stayed there for the 5 mins it took me to scoff my snack! Detailed review to the channel soon!

4) Although it could take a long time for the battery to fill up...it only takes around 15 seconds out of my personal time to fetch the cable from the boot and plug in the car...and that's the key! #easylife !

1) The 3-pin socket is the unsung hero of the EV world!

Rather unaffectionately called 'the Granny Cable', it's slow but effective.

3) Although the 82.5kWh battery would need a smidge over 2 DAYS to fully charge in this way, this is simply not needed. I have enough to drive the 200km I need today.
