So proud of my 5/6 DEB students, Student Council, and all the @Edgewood68 Eagles who supported our fundraiser for @WaterforSoSudan. Together, we raised over $500 and celebrated with a fun school wide @Kahoot game during our Eagle’s Nests today!
Started Thanksgiving week on the best note possible. Students and their families joined me in volunteering at @fmsc_org in Schaumburg. We helped pack over 31,000 meals!
2nd graders are evaluating, ranking, and explaining their choices for the most important items needed to build a dog house, paint a picture, and bake a cake.
This past week, our 3rd/4th grade medical students learned how different body systems function and dysfunction from 3 experts in the medical field. We are so grateful for our volunteer guest speakers! @Edgewood68
5/6 students learned about different types of government with a STEM challenge that required them to accomplish a task with specific roles related to their type of government.
Students modeled the digestive process from crackers to chyme! *Chemical digestion occurs when acids and enzymes in your stomach turn tiny pieces of food into a liquid paste called chyme.
