Did Rep. Leandro Leviste divest, or did he just quit?

In his recent Bilyonaryo interview, Leviste first claims he "divested" from "Solar Para Sa Bayan" to enter public service.

But when Pinky Webb pointed out that selling a franchise requires Congressional approval, his story changed: suddenly "Solar Para Sa Bayan" is "defunct" and just "closed down" because it was not successful.

Huh? How can you claim you divested as a matter of ethics and then admit the company just failed and went out of business?

Which one is it, Congressman?

He could not even remember when "Solar Para Sa Bayan" closed down. Sabi nya lang, "many many years ago". 🤔
