Never underestimate how crafty JK Rowling really is. She managed to shift all the way from progresive liberal to right wing fascist without changing a single one of her political views.
Cathy Wilcox is the cartoonist who produced this repugnant antisemitic cartoon, which suggests the Coalition is marching the beat of Israel's drum.
The slaughter of 15 innocent Australians at Bondi has been cynically hijacked by Cathy Wilcox, SMH, The Age and Nine to push an Israel-bashing agenda.
Turning mass murder into ideological propaganda is grotesque. The moral bankruptcy on display is staggering.
What’s “incredibly funny” is waking up to the marvellous sight of JKR giving this piffling dweeb a public & rather monumental verbal thrashing…
Happy New Year…🫠
"Remember when we used to own things?"
"Now, you don't own. You access, you subscribe, stream, rent."
"They call it the convenience era. But let's be real, it's the control era."
"Miss a payment, it's gone. Change the terms, too bad. Your tools freeze, your files vanish, your account resets."
"You think you're the user? No, you're the product."
What you don’t see in the published version of this debate is my first opponent approaching me and saying, “I’m so sorry about your friend Charlie.”
It was the day before his memorial. This sincere gesture set the tone.
I had already made it my aim to disarm them with kindness, but the truth is, many of them disarmed me, too.
I’ve seen a lot of people say this was different than other Jubilee debates. Everyone felt that in the moment — even the producers, who are progressive, said so.
You’ll just have to believe me when I tell you the Holy Spirit was there. And while all the credit goes to Jesus, I have to thank Charlie for how he coached me before this debate and how, even in death, he helped bring honor to Jesus.
This is such a good exchange.
A pastor of a progressive church asks how his LGBT members can produce such great fruits of the Spirit if they’re “so sinful.”
Allie’s answer is great. We’re all—LGBT or not—so sinful. People who think they’re LGBT aren’t more sinful than me, but we’re ALL called to deny ourselves, take up our crosses, and follow Him.
And that cross we bear might be different from our neighbor’s.
The fact that people sin doesn’t mean they can’t exhibit common grace, but the fact of their common grace doesn’t mean they don’t sin or that we affirm sin.
