🚨 PSAs & Coaches 🚨 As of August 1, 2022 the NCAA now requires PSAs to have proof of a sickle cell test & results, in order to tryout. To avoid a paperwork hiccup & or a delayed tryout/visit, schedule your sickle cell test & be ready for the invite for a tryout! 😘
@SaintLeoSB@CoachJ34 I’ll go first 🙋🏻♀️ I love @CoachJ34 ‘s pure heart and desire to serve those around her! She is truly the most giving soul I know. Blessed to have her in my life and as a teammate. #SLUSB

Surpassed my 11th hour at the field… stopped by a 14U game (TPA Mustangs & JAX Storm) on my way out, & I’m instantly re-energized by their fight, passion, communication, desire to win on both sides. This is how the game should be played; feeling grateful to witness it. #ThankYou
Greatness isn’t achieved by worrying what everyone thinks of you. Don’t look outside. The praise, criticism, expectations; it’s all just noise. Look inside to your heart and soul and do your thing. Do it with love and create greatness from the inside out.
The staff that makes up Saint Leo Security are the real MVPs @SaintLeoUniv day-in & day-out feeding our students, facilitating vaccinations rain or shine, & ALWAYS there when we call & need them. We take notice, & we are appreciative. Thank you. Go Lions baby! 💚💛 #SLUSB
Saint Leo's Brigette Soza dreamed of being a part of something bigger after high school. She's accomplished that goal with the Lions and has quite the story to tell: https://t.co/OnoCsK4stj.

Relationship between training & games: You cannot prepare at one intensity and then expect to deliver a higher one when game arrives. All habits.

I’m baaackkk... 💚💛 I knew I needed #SLUSB before but this has given me a new level of appreciation & understanding how important these women and the game is to my health & life. Finally feeling like me again. Go Lions baby!!
Her goal was to simply be a part of something bigger at the next level.
“I didn't think of it at the time, I was just happy to be part of something bigger.” - Brigette Soza (@SaintLeoSB)
