AI access is becoming more common, but it doesn't settle deeply in entreprises.

Fewer than 60% of workers have access to AI tools. Of those, only about 6 in 10 use it daily.

Is that low transformation rate held back by distrust, a lack of understanding, fear of getting it wrong, or something structural in how the organization is built?

Last Friday, we attended the BCS Founder Forum 001, hosted by Business Club Shanghai, at Zhangjiang Science City. It was the first edition.

The forum stood out for its practical tone. Panelists were direct, about capital: pitch decks don't raise money. Proof, traction, and revenue do. Taking VC funding is easy. Keeping your vision is not, which is what makes customer led growth the more durable form of capital.

The question isn't whether your team can move fast. Most teams can, for a while. The question is whether your foundations can handle what comes next, without a rebuild.

You can move fast and still build something that lasts. Most teams don't. Not because they lack discipline. Because they treat speed and durability as a dial rather than a design problem.
