If you’ve taken the ferry, they will remain running and will safely transport you from the island

Buses will also remain running to transport you off of the island

Even if you did not purchase a ferry or shuttle pass, they will still allow you to board to safely transport you off of the island.

Dear Electric Zoo Family,

We are so thankful for the overwhelming support and patience you've shown this year after the challenges we've faced over the weekend.

It is with deep regret that we need to inform you that due to the challenges caused by Friday cancelation, we have reached our venue's capacity earlier than anticipated for today, Sunday. For the safety and well-being of everyone on site, we will not be admitting any additional attendees today.

If you are on your way or were planning to come later, we kindly ask that you refrain from coming to the festival site.

Your safety and festival experience remain our top priorities. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience and hope you understand that this decision was made with everyone's best interest in mind. Refund details are to follow.

Transportation reminder: To get to Randall's Island, we highly encourage all attendees to take the RFK walkway or X80 bus 🚌

There is no rideshare pickup to get off the island. The X80 runs continuously, or you can take the walkway.

Dear Electric Zoo Family,

First and foremost, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and understanding in the face of yesterday's unexpected challenges. Your patience and dedication mean the world to us, and we cannot thank you enough for being part of this incredible community.

We are thrilled to announce that we're opening the festival doors today, but will need to do this two hours later than initially planned, at 3pm. We are excited to share this beautiful day with each and every one of you. Mother Nature has blessed us with perfect weather, and we're ready to make up for lost time with an unforgettable two days and nights ahead.

We understand that yesterday's delay has been disappointing, but rest assured that our production team has been working tirelessly to ensure that everything is in place for an extraordinary experience. Your safety, enjoyment, and the quality of our festival are our top priorities.

As we come together once again to celebrate music, art, and the spirit of togetherness, let's make the rest of the weekend even more special and show the world what makes our community so unique - our resilience, positivity, and boundless energy. Together, we'll turn this setback into a memorable comeback!
