Disclosure shows that Yvette Cooper deliberately wrote an article which prejudiced the Filton trial, despite prosecutors telling her not to as it could break the law.
Cooper is yet to face any contempt of court charges as a result.

@ucpinquiry The Inquiry has at least - at long last - finally published the witness statement of @emilyapple (not that you'd likely notice this from following the UCPI's own feeds)...a mere 55 days after giving oral evidence!

We have nothing but contempt for the horrific way in which Rajiv Menon KC (one of our #spycops inquiry barristers) has been treated.
Thankfully he won his appeal today: https://t.co/fWxHERmwrC
the informed decision-making of the jury, plus a media ban on any reporting, are hard-core dirty tricks, which can only be seen as an attempt to stop protest entirely — because the consequences of terrorism charges are so grave.
Friends in the #spycops survivor community would articulate this better, but the right to peaceful protest has *always* been an illusion. We've been spied on, infiltrated, and physically/ sexually/ psychologically abused. New methods — classifying protest as terrorism without >
New - our report on 'Monica' giving evidence to the Undercover Policing Inquiry. Deceived into a relationship by #spycops officer Jim Boyling in the 1990s, her brave testimony is a harrowing illustration of the depths these pointless infiltrations sunk to

After many years of campaigning, @orgreavejustice have won a public inquiry!
Let's hope it functions better than the @ucpinquiry has, centres the voices of those most affected and provides them with some answers.
Please spread the word to anyone who may have evidence to share.
10 months after submission, my witness statement has finally been published by #spycops inquiry. The chair cites the statement as one of the reasons he is NOT allowing me to give evidence. His decision is currently being challenged in a Judicial Review.

The Met Police are making a political choice to arrest Palestine Action sign holders in London. In contrast, no police turned up to arrest the dangerous terrorists opposing genocide in Truro.
Thinking positively, at least it's been published!
😆
Other 'core participants' (ie people targeted by #spycops) - some of whom have been allowed to give (limited) oral evidence - are still waiting for the @ucpinquiry staff to upload theirs to the website.
NOW ‼️ Protestors are outside of the Royal United Services Institute for Defence Studies in Whitehall.
RUSI celebrates and promotes the murderous arms trade.
SHUT IT DOWN!
This is getting ridiculous @ucpinquiry - it’s nearly three weeks since I gave evidence and my statement(s) and transcript still haven’t been published.
Message to @ucpinquiry - please could you publish my witness statement(s). These were supposed to go up the day I gave evidence. There’s a lot I didn’t get to say in evidence that is covered in my statement and a lot I want to quote from and use. This delay is unacceptable.
Update on Judicial Review against Sir John Mitting’s ruling that bans me from giving oral witness evidence at the #spycops inquiry:
18 Dec - JR submitted
23 Mar - a judge is finally been allocated to deal with my application
What don’t the establishment want the public to hear?
While there's lots I'm annoyed I didn't get into my #spycops evidence, one of the things I'm pleased I got in is my "fuck you to the SDS". It's also my fuck you to the repression we're currently facing. Repression breeds resistance and we will keep fighting back.
The #spycops inquiry appears to have huge problems with relatively simple administrative tasks.
Some witnesses are complaining that their evidence still hasn't been published, many weeks (or in some cases many months - thinking of @ARspycatcher) after it should have been...
