Second time watched 1960s bubblegum band 1910 Fruitgum Company.
After show the guitarist in the picture said he remembers me watching them at a certain show…which was 2 year ago 600kms away…
I watched Platinum Blonde 10 years ago performing two songs. Been so long to hear more while original guitarist Sergio Galli with his own band did 1 hour set this time.
Mark Whitfiels is one of the greatest jazz guitarists from 1990s. Luckily I saw this CD randomly on my way to his show…And
of course I have marker with me all the time.
Watching Barney Bentall live in concert made me interested in his music but it was so hard to find his records except the first one. I am satisfied with these 3 CDs I have so far and had got all autographed.
He mainly played tenor saxophone and was famous in free jazz with Ornette Coleman and Keith Jarrett.
His son Joshua Redman is also a great saxophonist who is still active.
A few days ago on Jane Bunnett concert I noticed she played a piece of Dewey Redman(1931.5.17-2006.9.2) in concert. Which inspired me to find Dewey himself as shown in the picture.

Peabo Bryson(1951.4.13-2026.6.2)
just died after a stroke. I was grateful watched him doing a full concert (16 songs, 80 minutes) in 2023.
Besides his Disney hits or duets with Natalie Cole and Roberta Flack, my favorite song is ballad If Ever You’re in My Arms Again.
Jazz pianist Mike Janzen has transfered into gospel music for years. Pretty easy-listening psalms songs.
The CD I have contains autographs by Mike Janzen, vocalist Erin Propp, drummer Davide Direnzo and bassist George Koller, as shown in the picture.
Second time watched Melissa Manchester also the first time doing a full concert.
Then I realized why she performed Don't Cry Out Loud instead of Midnight Blue last time as orchestra concert…Her two piece band fits perfectly on Midnight Blue but not enough on DCOL.
