.@Vinted @VintedUK #Vinted has actively enabled a buyer to keep my sold property for free, while blocking me from resolving the issue.

The Issue: I sold a pair of sunglasses. The buyer claimed they arrived broken in transit, but uploaded dark, unclear photos that failed to show any damage.

The Attempted Resolution: I acted in good faith and officially offered a full refund, requesting that the sunglasses be returned to me first. The buyer explicitly agreed to return them, stating they just needed Vinted to provide the standard return shipping form/label.

But Then Vinted: Instead of facilitating the return or requesting clearer evidence of the damage, Vinted unilaterally issued a full refund to the buyer and authorized them to keep my sunglasses.

Support Closed: To make matters worse, Vinted has systematically blocked me from getting help: They closed the transaction chat so the buyer and I can no longer commuicate to arrange a private return. They closed my official complaint ticket on the app, preventing me from escalating the issue to one of their managers. They have ignored my formal email regarding this financial loss, and by not following standard return protocols, Vinted has allowed a buyer to walk away with the money AND my sunglasses.

Please Fix This. Either reimburse me for the cost of my sunglasses £28 or provide the buyer with a return label so I can get my property back.
