What a day! #RCOT2021 I've attended such an amazing range of sessions. Inclusion, perinatal mental health, social prescribing, student education. My knowledge has grown, my appreciation deepened and my opinions bettered. I can't wait to pass all this on to my fellow students!

We've had our inter-professional learning day today. A massively useful day learning a lot about our wider health and social care networks and how we can work together to ensure the best outcomes for our service users!
Attending this afternoon's #RCOTroadshow excited to explore health inequalities and the role of occupational therapy in addressing these. Particularly topical as my current university module is all about tackling occupational injustices for at risk populations.
The last year has taken a toll on many people's mental health including the young people I support as a Scout leader. This will be a good opportunity to develop my existing first aid skills to support both my work as an Occupational Therapist and Scout leader.
