@IntriguedWalker@Abdullahi1334@KhalilAndani@muslimorthodoxy Idk tbh you'd have to ask an ashari
Buts what's important is that none of this 'Evidence' was revealed by Allah, or taught by the messenger or relayed by the companions to their students.
kalam is a waste of time, if there was benefit, the prophet would've taught it to us.
@abz_da_poet@Farid_0v Because the book reading culture in islamic countries is far far greater than in the west, so nobody bothers to do this, editing and tahqeeq is also much bigger.
Secondly, alot of academic papers and journals are freely accessible for students, via their uni.
@oniyo_saka98594@cka65997@roarzeddead Al hajjaj was ruling with Sharia 😂😂😂😂
Lost your mind mate. What part of 'ruling with Sharia' involves going into mosques and slaughtering the Muslims one by one regardless of whether they were praying or reading quran or pleading for mercy???
Be consistent in your position
@Omarnksa A disbeliever is not an idiot. He's gonna know all of this. Trying to cope and saying 'oh but it's not like chattel slavery' will make him scoff and say:
"what the hell kinda argument is that?" And look at you like you're mad.
@Omarnksa As a slave.
But it's still slavery. The Muslims went into disbelieving lands, enslaving combatant and non combatant alike, seizing their property and annuling their marriages so their women could be concubines. They changed their law and replaced it with sharia (4/?)
@Ali_Storage@Omarnksa 'ملك'
Literally means to own. You own them. Regardless of their rights, they belong to you, as property does to its owner.
Again, just because they aren't called slaves, and were treated well, and because slavery wasn't practiced like the west doesn't mean it isn't slavery.
@Ali_Storage@Omarnksa - They simply aren't free
+Many more.
The islamic 'reforms' exist to prevent chattel slavery. Which it did, very well.
Calling it indentured service is just misleading, and it's an inconsistent position, which the disbelievers will not take seriously.

@Ali_Storage@Omarnksa I am well aware of the rights of slaves. But I am also aware of their restrictions.
- They are taken against their will.
- They could spend their entire lives in service to another without ever benefiting from it.
- They can't own any property.
