It makes me sad that he’s been ringing the alarm of climate disaster for decades and everyone is just like ‘aw what a sweet old national treasure’ and ignoring him
Genuinely.. What are your Priorities when you vote? Because you're going to need to start thinking about that, when you have No money to survive, & your preferred candidate is offering Nothing but Union Jacks, & "anti Woke" Yankified Evangelist shite.
The fact we are going to have our first trillionaire before everyone has access to clean drinking water is proof our current system is not for the greater good but for the greedy.
Roman Catholics: “The Bible doesn’t say that you’re saved from your sins by faith alone; it also requires good works from you.”
Meanwhile, the Bible:
Ephesians 2:8–9
“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.”
Romans 3:28
“For we hold that one is justified by faith apart from works of the law.”
Romans 4:4–5
“Now to the one who works, his wages are not counted as a gift but as his due. And to the one who does not work but believes… his faith is counted as righteousness.”
Galatians 2:16
“A person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ…”
Galatians 3:10–11
“All who rely on works of the law are under a curse… the righteous shall live by faith.”
Philippians 3:9
“…not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which comes through faith in Christ…”
Titus 3:5
“He saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy…”
2 Timothy 1:9
“He saved us… not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace…”
Romans 11:6
“If it is by grace, it is no longer on the basis of works; otherwise grace would no longer be grace.”
John 6:28–29
“What must we do, to be doing the works of God?”
Jesus answered, “This is the work of God, that you believe…”
Acts 16:30–31
“What must I do to be saved?”
“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved…”
And this is just a start.
The juxtaposition of faith and works—as it pertains to our right-standing before God—is painfully clear throughout the entire New Testament.
You’d have to intentionally ignore it to miss it.
We are saved by faith alone.

Your parents introduced God to you as God, You need to get to a place where you know Him as your Father, and you can only achieve that through Intimacy.

This is proof that just like gravity, everything you see or face on this earth is earth bound, and if the maker of the universe, who isn’t bound by the earth and its laws, tells you to trust him, then you can infact trust him ♥️
Trust Jesus with your life please ♥️
Just because i’m posting about God, doesn’t mean that im healed or better than you. I still struggle. I still sin. everyday his grace picks me back up.
A black woman from Kenya disappeared in the UK and was found dead in a body of water.
Barely anyone reported on it.
No one is saying her name.
She’s being forgotten.
Melissa is doing incredible work to raise awareness about cases no one else will report on.
Back to square one.
Stop moving just to get paid. Hand to mouth isn’t sustainable.
Build real partnerships. Combine strengths. Think long term.
This isn’t easy but it is worth it if you lean on each other.
The vision leads and everyone else executes their role.
Chris Pratt drops this unfiltered truth bomb at the MTV Awards:
"God is real. He loves you. God wants the best for you. Believe that. I do. Learn to pray. It's easy, and it's so good for your soul."
Then he goes deeper:
- "Nobody is perfect. People are going to tell you you're perfect just the way you are. You're not. You are imperfect. You always will be."
- "But there is a powerful force that designed you that way. And if you're willing to accept that, you will have grace. And grace is a gift."
- "Like the freedom that we enjoy in this country, that grace was paid for with somebody else's blood. Do not forget it. Don't take it for granted."
Raw, direct, zero apologies—delivered on one of the biggest stages in entertainment.
Still one of the most talked-about acceptance speeches years later.
