🇦🇱 expanded its legal framework 2 cover psychological,economic &digital violence. Now comes the hard part: implementation.That's why the study visit features exchanges w/Swedish municipalities,crisis centres &CSOs,studying real referral systems, assessment tools&survivor support.

Thru the EU-funded @EUinAlbania & UNDP-implemented #ReLOaD3, the new projects will support youth engagement,environmental action, digital skills,eco-tourism&local dev across 🇦🇱
