Finished a week as a camp counselor. Brought a tee, balls & net to get work in during free time. When camp ended drove straight to a facility for a bullpen before coming back home.

Worked on 3-pitch sequencing in bullpen session. Final 2 “batters” here. Two straight sliders for strikes on last batter. Just misses and ended up working the count full. Went back to the slider. “Trust it.”
