@SarkSweet For the record I developed Reemus Ch 4 and Ballads of Reemus, but not the others. Zeebarf is the mastermind behind them all.
I’m really proud of the games Zeebarf and I made together. :)
@SarkSweet Since moving to LA for a new job I’ve had to put the mystery game on hold. I love the game and would like to release it some day, but it is not actively being developed right now.
@BrandenMid If I hear “read” but it was really “listened to”, I would feel deceived. Not because it matters much, I just like the truth.
However I would feel like a jerk if I asked that and didn’t take you at your word of having read them.
@BrandenMid I’ve gotten used to it over the years, usually without headphones. I do get distracted sometimes and lose productivity, but sometimes it’s nice to have an interesting conversation to be distracted by. Sometimes it’s not, and then the headphones go on.
@hengineer@IndieCade I'm happy I had a chance to meet you and play your new game! I'm looking forward to checking out your network code and trying it out in my mystery game. Good luck with Blabyrinth.
@novincehtm4me There are differences, like that you always get something from loot boxes. You can spend 5-10 bucks and get stuff that makes the game fun to play. You don't have to spend thousands to have enjoy playing.
@novincehtm4me I was mainly thinking of seeing a place that says "gaming" over the door, only to be disappointed to find that it's just all slot machines, where the only mechanic is "pull the lever".
