You don't need to log any A+ (big volume/fast) workouts! B's are better than a combination of A's, C's, and a few Zeros!

Dr. Messer coached 3 teams to top 10 finishes at NXN and coached 2023 NXN Champion Jojo Jourdon.

Coach Baker led his Hopi HS XC Team to 27 consecutive Arizona State Championships.
