Hey @AmericanAir thanks for pulling back early for our flight from Philly to Lisbon after we arrived late from PHX. Asked crew multiple times to hold the flight. Rather than wait 10 min the flight pulls back 5 min early. Next flight in two days and I have a 3 & 6 yo. #DoBetter
