Today, @aave experienced the largest stress test of its $75B+ lending infrastructure. The protocol operated flawlessly, automatically liquidating a record $180M worth of collateral in just one hour, without any human intervention.

Once again, Aave has proven its resilience.

There was a decrease of 4,766 wallets and 348M ADA from F13.

Top 1.4% of all wallets control 58% of all ADA voting power

🌐 Why Distributed Decision Making?
DDM is the collective capacity of the #Cardano community to make informed, accountable, and transparent decisions without relying on centralized authority. It means: diversity of perspectives, accountability mechanisms, transparency + quality of evaluation methods, and efficient allocation of treasury resources. Without strong DDM, we risk low-quality reviews, weak rationales, concentration of influence in whales, and poor use of the treasury funds.

👤 My background in governance
Decision making is where my trajectory in Cardano is deepest. I’ve been active on #ProjectCatalyst since Fund 2: 1,000+ proposals reviewed, 3,000+ reviews moderated, 100+ milestones/PoAs validated, and dozens of on-chain votes as a registered dRep. I also authored 9 Challenge Settings mobilizing ~$3M in treasury, co-led @DRepsCardanoBR , and founded @Agora_Cardano , focused on governance research and education.

🛠️ How I curated Fund14
From ~1,700 proposals, I applied AI-assisted pre-screening, tag and score filtering, and then manual review of team track record, budget granularity, and KPIs. Proposals were included only if decision-making improvements were their central focus. Borderline cases were reviewed carefully to avoid excluding valuable ideas.

📌 Closing note
This pilot was about ensuring Catalyst decisions are not only broader, but smarter. The endorsed proposals are those I believe best improve transparency, accountability, and sustainability in Cardano governance.

@YaoHuynh I would have expected more from the people who stole 50M ADA from Catalyst. At least they have gotten several CNAs listed on all the top exchanges and brought us USDT and Tether.
