Russia has long presented itself as a reliable partner and a source of stability beyond the West. As pressure mounts, that promise is wearing thin. Partners ask for support and get silence instead, left to manage on their own.

The question many governments now face is simple: is Russia still a partner worth the risk? Instability, broken commitments and shrinking influence make that answer harder to defend.

Today, EU Member States Ambassadors met with Hon. Amb. M.T. Kombo, Tanzania's Minister of Foreign Affairs, for a high-level political dialogue.

Discussions focused on:
