I worked for Abdul El-Sayed in 2020.

Let me tell you about the importance of his race tomorrow night.

So far, progressives have never been able to prove their theory of change in any areas outside of blue districts and cities. Their theory is that going far left will drive up turnout and make Democrats start winning big again.

Abdul is running in a swing state. He is running as the lefty in this race against Haley Stevens, who the establishment backs.

If he ends up winning tomorrow night, and then if he somehow ends up beating the Republican in the fall, it’s game over for the Democratic Party establishment. It means they’ve proved themselves in a consequential swing state.

It would mean the far left is in charge. It would mean Abdul El-Sayed is a frontrunner for 2028. I’m not joking.

Tomorrow night is a critical moment in the Dem Party. It’s as important as Bernie vs. HRC in 2016.

Pay very close attention. It will determine everything.
