Clár an Lae:
Round 1 of Internal Games took place on Thursday evening, with a focus on executing 3 key skills in order to score, apart from conventional goals & points.

Skills in Focus:
- Players were rewarded for kick passing to grass (outside shoulder of receiver), team pressing the opposition back over a designated line and clean catching a kickout or advanced mark.
- Turnovers were a result of taking a solo/bounce inside first six steps, standing up after passing the ball and delivering a straight ball to a straight run.

All games were videoed - the education continues on @Nacsport Hub.

Kudos to all players & coaches for adopting the conditions - games were competitive and high scoring 👏🏽
