I agree with you. I've worked for a University and would provide it to students requesting it all the time. If you want another university to credit you for a specifical module they must see the specific details covered in that module. its no secret at ALL!

They're still arguing that it's the property of the University. No one is disputing that. However, that doesn't change the fact that it's a non-confidential academic document and, as such, it should be publicly accessible or at least giving it to the one requesting it. Making access unnecessarily difficult serves no legitimate purpose.

It will take place every last Saturday of the month from 7:00-10:00am where all public activities will be paused except emergency vehicles. This is a mandatory exercise for everyone to ensure cleanliness and good hygiene in order to prevent diseases.
