@DanWetzel@espn The judge is a horror show, but if the players were employees instead of this unholy hybrid of student/professional this would have been collectively bargained.
@ByPatForde It's humorous that the PCSA is the magic bullet they've been begging for and the sport is so fractured that the powers that be can't rally behind it. The leaders of college sports are happiest when they are unhappy.
@DanWetzel Like most schools the only reason BC does this is for the PR and a better then average crowd at whatever home game will be designated for the event. Skinner is right to call them on their BS.
@ByPatForde The AD next hire will indicate how Purdue conceives of itself in the changing world of college sports. Bobinski was an unabashed institutionalist.
@mikefreemanNFL 100% An unbelievably twisty and compelling first season. The unfortunate part it was canceled after a jaw-dropping cliffhanger in the final minute of the last episode. You will love the show and then have your heartbroken that it ended.
@JLas43_ He’ll be a roller coaster even out of the pen. Dudes that big struggle with repeatable delivery. But, he throws hard and that’s way more important an inning at a time than as a starter.
@secretxblondie@Daily_MailUS Worse than a double standard. It’s become the default. It’s become THE standard. The moralists gnashing their teeth about this are woefully blind or complicit.
@ByPatForde Couches burning, son. Nothing else in the world smells like that. I love the smell of couches burning in the morning. It smells like victory.
@mikefreemanNFL I respect the Rams. When they think they have a shot they go all in. This league has enough 'geniuses' who are perpetually building and never consummating.
