I hate to do this but it’s time I spoke up regarding the unprofessionalism of @clips4sale and how they have treated me and my business.

Back in fall 2024, I was alerted by one of my students that a banner of me for a “Findom class” hosted by C4S was put up at Fetish Con without my permission. I was never invited by C4S to teach this class and instead another Domme was teaching it.

When I reached out to C4S about this, they claimed that they had rights to use any photo that is uploaded to their database. The photo used was not in their database. I’ve attached those emails for reference. I had to continuously follow up for answers. Their final response was that whoever they hired at their photo team got it from another website that they thought they could use. STILL no one attempted to reach out to me to ask for permission NOR propose to me to teach the class.

@clips4sale then attempted to rectify the situation by offering me “free tickets to fetish con 2025.” Not acceptable and a slap to the face. Instead, I felt the situation was to be rectified by proposing that they sponsor sone of my events or do a collaboration in NYC. They agreed.

Since this conversation in 2024, none of this has happened. They have sent me a handful of merch twice, although it was discussed that merch would be sent for all of my events. They continue to lie to me and disrespect me as a trusted creator.

Let me make this clear, since 2019, I have paid for every event I hold out of my own pocket. I have never been sponsored by any company although I see these same companies sponsor other events of similar nature. At this point in my career and with my resume, I thought it wouldn’t hurt to have this support from platforms that I not only use, but that I bring TONS of students to and educate about. At this point I have decided to stop using @clips4sale all together and will be seeking legal action.
