At-home, app-based workouts were effective at reducing people’s depression levels during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, a UBC study found. These tips from researchers can help get you moving.
@hbrule @Billius27 my gym's fate has been decided. absolutely nothing to do with speaking out for the children. unlike many, I'm capable of separating issues in life!
@CFIB Do you have any confirmation that gyms will be included at the same time as restaurants? (I know a rumour is a rumour -- but earlier today that rumour sounded like restaurants only)
@idiolekt@jordanbpeterson If you think the needle moves that quickly, you're playing the wrong record. This collapse was coming for months. Certainly worsened by Omicron but not caused by.
@rick_pittman The first step to taking away someone's humanity is restricting their liberty. A polarizing hatred running through the populace comes at no surprise. Lift the lockdowns, and let's let the healing begin.
@franocavar NO judgment to this gym at all -- this is what they've been forced to do to provide for their members. BUT this is the gym version of a coat hanger in an alley. Let us reopen so we can train people SAFELY. Enough is enough.
@CFIB I personally enjoy when they say good news is coming for small business, but say later in the same breath but not yet for gyms and restaurants! Consistently crapped on throughout the pandemic!
@LilaGraceRose@elonmusk@LiveAction No. It's not. You can't even invent math that suggests that. Firstly, there's an overwhelming amount of evidence that demonstrates abortion rates plummet in places where it's made legal.

Even during #OnStorm, health workers are holding the health system together. Not the government.
