Victoria Matu Johnson ran for election to the Georgia 2nd Superior Court District Dougherty Circuit. Johnson was on the ballot in the general runoff election on June 18, 2024 and won.

The Florida Bar Foundation's new name is Funding Florida Legal Aid (FFLA).
FFLA is a statewide 501 (c)(3) public charity that funds legal services, develops innovative tools and programs, and supports legal aid providers and the courts.
FAMU Law rising second-year student Briana Napoleon is the 2024 recipient of the Holland & Knight Scholarship and Internship. As the Holland & Knight Scholar, Napoleon will receive full in-state tuition and a summer associate position at the law firm’s Jacksonville office.
