A man wanted for a variety of federal violations—including murder, extortion, and drug distribution—has been added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.
Satinderjeet Singh (also known as Goldy Brar, among other aliases) is wanted for his alleged involvement in the Lawrence Bishnoi Organized Crime Group, which is allegedly engaged in a variety of violent acts in Southern California and across the United States and Canada. These alleged acts include targeted assassinations—including of a prominent political and religious figure—shootings, murders, kidnappings, extortions, assaults, and the trafficking of narcotics and weapons.
Singh is based in the U.S. and is the alleged leader of the group in North America.
He was charged in federal court in Los Angeles with multiple violations to include racketeer influenced and corrupt organizations conspiracy; conspiracy to interfere and attempted interference with commerce by extortion; and conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances.
“Satinderjeep Singh, also known as Goldy Brar, is a dangerous individual, and the FBI and our partners have made it our priority to apprehend him, which is why we’re adding him to the FBI’s list of Top Ten fugitives and offering a reward of up to $1 million dollars for his capture,” said ADIC Grandy. “The amount of attention this list will bring to his face and description cannot be overstated; his photo will be found on every FBI-affiliated website and social media platform, and will be publicized on every phone around the world until he’s caught.”
Singh is the 543rd addition to the Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. Since the inception of the list in 1950, 28 defendants who committed crimes or are alleged to have committed crimes in the Los Angeles region were added to the list. Thirty-six defendants who committed crimes in other parts of the country have been arrested in Los Angeles.
Singh is considered to be extremely violent, armed, and dangerous. He is known to reside in California and various parts of Canada.

Michelle Bisnoff, 59, a former resident of Pacific Palisades and Santa Barbara and the CEO of a wearable technology company, was found guilty of operating a nearly $2 million Ponzi scheme by deceiving investors with false claims that she owned “smart ring” patents that in fact belonged to her former employer. Iris Rabaya Au, 27, of Irvine, the former girlfriend of a cryptocurrency fraudster who called himself “The Godfather” was sentenced today to 18 months in federal prison for failing to report more than $2.6 million in ill-gotten gains she obtained via her then-boyfriend’s criminal activities. Au was also ordered to pay $1,484,343 in restitution and to forfeit a fleet of luxury and high-performance cars, designer handbags, and three “Godfather” sculptures, among other assets. In an update to a case announced yesterday involving a man and woman arrested for allegedly possessing more than 42 kilograms of fentanyl, more than seven kilograms of cocaine, firearms, drug-making materials, and a small alligator, the FBI is releasing photographs and additional details about evidence found following a search, including:
Approximately 42,609.14 grams of fentanyl (M30 pills and powder)
Approximately 1,038.1 grams of heroin
3 vials of bromobenzene
Approximately 6 kilogram “stamps” used to finish the kilograms that were being made in the fentanyl lab in the apartment
Approximately 7,198.7 grams of cocaine
1 AR-15 rifle with ammunition
1 Desert Eagle 50 caliber pistol with ammunition
1 signal radio jammer
1 pistol carbine conversion kit
1 alligator (U.S. Fish & Wildlife took custody)
During the initial search of the apartment, a law enforcement K-9 was utilized to detect potential hidden compartments in the apartment and became disoriented and near collapse due to fentanyl exposure. The K-9's handler administered aid and revived the K-9 first responder.
The investigation is ongoing.

Acting Assistant Director in Charge, Robert Molvar, joined partners at a press conference today to announce the arrest of two defendants out of three charged in separate federal homelessness corruption and fraud cases. A third defendant is being sought by law enforcement.
"When taxpayer-funded programs are exploited for personal gain, it undermines public trust and diverts critical resources away from the people who need them most,” said Robert Molvar, the Acting Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office. “Our work does not stop with these arrests. We remain committed to identifying fraud, protecting taxpayer dollars and safeguarding programs designed to help those experiencing homelessness.”

A man and woman living in a luxury downtown Los Angeles apartment that law enforcement believes was a stash house have been arrested for allegedly possessing more than 42 kilograms of fentanyl, more than seven kilograms of cocaine, firearms, drug-making materials, and a small alligator.
Marvin Angelito, 27, and Susan Gonzalez, 26, were arrested on September 10 and are charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl.

A Santa Barbara County man pleaded guilty to detonating a bomb at a Santa Maria courthouse in 2024, an attack that injured three people, damaged the building, and was intended to kill law enforcement officers in retaliation for local law enforcement seizing his firearms earlier that year.
Nathaniel James McGuire, 22, of Santa Maria, pleaded guilty to one count of use of a weapon of mass destruction and one count of malicious destruction of a building using an explosive.
McGuire has been in federal custody since September 2024.

During the week leading up to the 25th anniversary of 9/11, employees at FBI Los Angeles took part in a Memorial Stair Climb to honor the firefighters who climbed the World Trade Center stairwells during the attacks, as well as a Walk of Honor, to honor the lives of those lost on 9/11.
