Most games I've been in if you end up in combat things have gone wrong. And if you are thinking war ghouls. You are over simplifying the Fiends. If you want a combat game play WtA

And the nurses being faceless really makes sense after having been hospitalized for a few months. I cannot remember their faces at all. Everything blended together
