@CityNatureYYC @n_droo_yu_el @CalgaryParks @JyotiGondek @jasmine_mian The Enmax Legacy Parks Program fund was scrubbed, and the committee was disbanded just prior to proposed work on Nose Creek in Laycock Park in 2016. The fund has since rebounded and Council reviewed a recommendation that it be reinstated in 2022. Google link to the escribe doc.

Public safety is always a @cityofcalgary concern, but conditions can change rapidly. The man stranded in the mud in his motorized vehicle was in chest deep water by the time firefighters arrived.
