We had an exciting week showcasing engineering construction careers at @FVCollege and @NESCollege careers fairs as part of Scottish Apprenticeship Week.

💡 With 40,000 new workers needed by 2028, now is the time to invest in fresh talent and build the workforce that will drive global infrastructure.

Yesterday, ECITB Chair, Lynda Armstrong and Chief Executive, Andrew Hockey toured @FVCollege’s extensive STEM teaching facilities, seeing first-hand how they support apprentice development.

They met with APTUS apprentices, who shared their experiences on one of the country’s top energy apprenticeship programmes.

Their enthusiasm and skills underscore the programme’s role in developing a highly skilled and adaptable workforce for the future of the energy sector.
