We know there’s a better way to make clothes. We work with brands, workers and industry influencers to find answers to problems others think are unsolvable.
Q: Does Fair Wear work with trade unions?
A: Yes, we have #tradeunion and #labourrightsorganisation representation in our Board and Committee of Experts, who provided feedback during the development of the platform, so that it reflects perspectives across the whole supply chain.
Today we're launching our #HRDD Academy - a go-to learning platform designed to equip brands with the knowledge and tools needed to do high-quality, impactful human rights due diligence (HRDD).

Having been co-developed through a year long pilot project, our #HRDDAcademy is in continuous development, constantly improving in terms of functionality based on feedback provided by our users, which we always welcome and encourage!
"It's also about the #meaningfulstakeholderengagement piece: having a better dialogue with those who make our clothes. Listening to & understanding what's important to them & how we can draw the line between us as an org & the workers to ensure their concerns are being dealt w/."
"We can now find ways to update our internal mechanisms to create #purchasingpractices that actually lead to better terms and conditions for the suppliers that we work with."
