Did you know the part of the brain responsible for impulse control and good judgment is the last part to fully develop? For teens, that's still years away.
Alcohol, nicotine & drugs can disrupt a developing brain in ways that are harder to reverse the younger someone starts.

CT’s Social Host Law makes it illegal to provide alcohol or cannabis to anyone under 21, and property owners can be held responsible even if they didn't know substances were present. Fines, potential jail time, and civil liability are all on the table if something goes wrong.
