Cheryl Reeve on what they identified in scouting to see Olivia Miles as one of the two players that the Lynx identified having a “generational skill”
“What I said on draft night is that there were two players that had generational skills, I would now classify her(Miles) as a generational talent… I think it’s really easy to identify great passing because there’s not a lot of players that are great at it so instinctually so. And then with Azzi(Fudd) the quick release her actions and scoring the basketball, you know, incredibly valuable… I think in the scouting process when you can repeat something over and over and over again and has been doing so in Livs case for a long time, it’s just a matter of can you figure out the pro game in terms of pace and physicality and all the stuff that goes with it, and that’s the part you don’t know… we thought for sure she’d be a really good back up point guard(laughing)”
1 minute and 24 seconds of Azzi Fudd creating her own shot.
She is one of just three players, alongside Courtney Williams and Kelsey Plum, to shoot at least 50% on jump shots off the dribble. 🪄
@issapoppy28 Y’all gotta be kids cause these are just stupid tweet and a little funny! Why does she have y’all so irritated? Is it because she’s black?
kp held her as she’s going over the screen, azzi’s aura bodying hamby, recovers then gets called for a touch foul lmao
mind you there were more physical plays than this 😭
@kookswrId cuz who gotta relax? bitch if you tell me to relax when i’m calm, im turning up to 12 off the strength of you slow as fuck. & bea kept it cute idk
listen i can’t always explain it but how come when azzi is in the game in the 4th they get their shit together and when she’s not they crumble
she checked in and they immediately went on an 8-0 run (then held). its like the inverse of the atl game
