The Faith & Freedom Coalition applauds the Supreme Court's decision affirming the ability of states to preserve fairness and equal opportunity in women's and girls' athletics.

Female athletes have worked for generations to earn their place on the field, the court, and the track. This ruling protects the integrity of women's sports and ensures they can compete on a level playing field, safely and fairly.

"We believe that every person is created in the image of God and possesses inherent dignity and worth," said Jon Harbison, Interim Executive Director of the Faith & Freedom Coalition.

"Policies governing athletic competition should acknowledge these differences to ensure fairness and safety for all participants."
