Our crews have identified the issue and are working as quickly and safely as possible to restore water service. We expect service to be restored within approximately one hour. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while our crews complete the necessary work. We will provide an update as soon as service has been fully restored. 🚧 What the heck is going on just off N. Main on Bluebird Park Road?

It's not routine construction—it's an emergency pipeline replacement project.

A 50-year-old water pipeline began showing signs of failure and experienced multiple leaks, prompting #FPUD to fast-track its replacement using emergency repair resources. By acting quickly, we're helping prevent larger failures, reduce water loss, and improve reliability for our customers.

💧 #ThrowbackThursday to a true #FPUD legend! Meet Tedd Theodore—better known as "Tedd Ted." For nearly 30 years, he served as FPUD's chemist, helping ensure our water met the highest quality standards.

In this photo, Tedd is doing what he loved most: giving local 5th graders a tour of the Alturas Road lab and sharing the science behind safe, reliable drinking water.

Known for his kindness, dedication, and expertise, Tedd retired in 2018 after touching countless lives through his work and community outreach.

Phil helped lead the way for our water rights—following a decades-long, nearly 70-year legal battle with Camp Pendleton—so we could eventually use the Santa Margarita River as a water source. #localwater

The Santa Margarita River runs right through Fallbrook, but we only began using its water in 2022, following an earlier agreement with Camp Pendleton to share access. 💧#Fallbrook
