@ClaudeNaggar@RealDanODowd@MissJilianne@elonmusk Yes you are confusing two points. HW4 works today unsupervised in those launch cities. The HW3 discussion is to update supervised vehicles that are a few years old.
@remvasmos@DavidMoss It appears to continue on its own eventually, it must have thought it saw something. The driver may have or could have his the pedal to give an all clear command.
@AutoAIHorizon@SawyerMerritt They use every battery cell they can make or buy. They also have to ramp up production of the new dry cathode cells. They have other timelines too, like the upcoming Semi. It would be great to hit the truck out of the park, but cells get used for energy storage too.
@xDIRTBORDERx@TesCalendar1 The CyberCab doesn’t replace the primary family car. It adds cheap additional transportation to the equation. My household includes 4 Teslas, but if we could share 2 of them as personal Robotaxi, we’d only need a CyberCab on rare occasions.
@Teslarati What no one is talking about is that they discontinued the original smaller batteries in both these cars. They will replace them with the new Roadster and it will use the latest in battery tech.
