,@eliehonig with a couple of excellent points on @cnn: 1. If Trump had evidence of election fraud, why hasn’t the DoJ indicted anyone by now? and 2) the 2020 election was nearly six years ago. The fed statute of limitations for almost all non-capital federal crimes is 5 years.

One of many questions: Will the broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC) carry the speech live? They rejected live coverage of primetime addresses by Obama in 2014 and Biden in 2022, deeming those addresses partisan and political. Same here?

@DavidClinchNews @BrendanCarrFCC Almost certain he does. Most of his pressure has been the jawboning kind. The rest has been “investigations” that will almost certainly get booted in court if he ever tried to turn them into actual rules/regulations. But court is a long way off. He’ll be long gone before then.
