First we hear that the regime received a loan from Qatar. Then we hear that the governor of the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic traveled to Qatar. Then we hear that Trump wants frozen Iranian assets to be paid to regional countries as “compensation.”

Only one explanation comes to mind, Qatar is paying them, and Trump is reimbursing Qatar. Later he can claim, I did not give them “American” money or give them their frozen money like Obama.
